What makes this different from business coaching?

A lot of business support focuses on the softer side — leadership style, communication, mindset. And while those things matter, they don’t help you when you can’t find last month’s invoices, you’re not sure if you’re making a profit, or your to-do list has taken on a life of its own. What I offer is practical, hands-on support for the nuts and bolts of running your business — the processes, the paperwork, the planning and the accountability to make it all happen.

Who I work with

My clients are typically sole business owners who have been at it for a few years, are genuinely good at what they do, but somewhere along the way have lost track of where the business is heading or how well it’s actually doing.

They’re not looking for someone to tell them how to think — they want someone practical in their corner who can help them get sorted and stay sorted. I work with clients in person across Sussex, Surrey and London, and virtually with anyone, anywhere in the world.
