Finding a good IQA probably feels like one of those things you’ll sort out ‘later’ — until suddenly later has arrived and your EQA visit is looming. Sound familiar? I work with first aid training providers across Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and London to provide a thorough, supportive IQA service — so you stay compliant and your trainers feel confident, not scrutinised.

I cover the full first aid suite of regulated qualifications up to FREC4, Mental Health First Aid, Health & Safety and Safeguarding.

Classroom observations , desktop reviews, policy writing, EQA recommendations — I’ve got it covered. And if I’m not already registered with your awarding organisation, I’ll work with you to get that sorted

Cost

Desk Based Reviews

£25 for a desk based review for first aid courses

£45 for FREC3/4

Observations

£125 for a three hour observation.  This includes up to 1 hour of travel.  Observations in London cost £175 (includes travel).

Packages

If you have a large number of trainers then retainer package start at £110 per month for up to 4 trainers and then £30 per month per additional trainer.

If I am not currently registered with your provider I will work with you to meet their requirements.

I currently provide services for trainers registered with Nuco, Qualsafe, QNUK, ProTrainings and Highfields.

I can also plan and undertake quality assurance activities for your own, non- accredited courses.  This will ensure your trainers are delivering to  the values and quality that your clients are used to.
