IQA – Internal Quality Assurance for First Aid Trainers

When you set up as a First Aid Trainer you are probably aware that you need to have some quality assurance processes in place.

Finding a good IQA probably feels like one of those things you’ll sort out ‘later’ — until suddenly later has arrived and your EQA visit is looming. Sound familiar? I work with first aid training providers across Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire and London to provide a thorough, supportive IQA service — so you stay compliant and your trainers feel confident, not scrutinised.

I cover the full first aid suite of regulated qualifications up to FREC4, Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding. Classroom and desktop reviews, policy writing, EQA recommendations — I’ve got it covered. And if I’m not already registered with your awarding organisation, I’ll work with you to get that sorted

At Cardinal Support Services I will support you from the start

  • Complete desktop reviews
  • Complete class room reviews
  • Produce  quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Review policies and procedure
  • Comply with EQA recommendations
  • Implement improvements
  • Implement and oversee document management processes
  • Deliver trainer competency reviews
  • Oversee your Quality Assurance actions

I currently work with most of the leading providers, assuring the full First Aid suite of regulated qualifications up to FREC4, Mental Health First Aid and Safeguarding.

I cover Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire nd London.  I can also undertake remote observations.

If I am not currently registered with your provider I will work with you to meet their requirements.

I currently provide services for trainers registered with Nuco, Qualsafe, QNUK, ProTrainings and Highfields.

I can also plan and undertake quality assurance activities for your own, non- accredited courses.  This will ensure your trainers are delivering to  the values and quality that your clients are used to.
